The 73,171-sf building, which was developed in 1998, is let by way of assignment to Xansa UK with a parent company guarantee from Xansa Plc. There are a further 12.5 years unexpired on the lease, and the current rent is £26.60 ($44) per sf.

Thames Valley park is one of the UK's premier business parks, housing the European headquarters of Microsoft and Oracle Corporation as well as major facilities for British Gas and JD Edwards.
