Kramont Promotes Mortimer to VP

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA-Michael G. Mortimer, who joined the locally based retail REIT as property accountant in 1995 and was promoted to controller in 1999, has been named VP. He will continue to serve as controller, responsible for SEC compliance.

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA-The board of trustees of Kramont Realty Trust has promoteed Michael G. Mortimer to VP. Mortimer joined the locally based REIT, which specializes in neighborhood and community shopping centers, as property accountant in 1995. He was promoted to controller in 1999.

Mortimer will continue to serve as controller with responsibility for financial statement preparation, SEC compliance and day-to-day management of the company’s accounting staff. He has more than 10 years of shopping center and real estate accounting experience. He holds a degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
