Health Insurer Relocates to Flat Iron District

NEW YORK CITY-Comprehensive Health Management Inc. has signed a seven-yearsublease deal for 22,000 sf at 11 West 19th St. from Universal Music Group, adivision of Vivendi Universal. Jane Roundell, Marcus Rayner, and Ed Wartels ofCRESA Partners represented Universal Music. Jesse Rubens and Philip Silversteinof Murray Hill Properties LLC represented Comprehensive Health. GoodsteinBrothers is the landlord of the building. The lease figures were not released.

“The tenant wished to relocate its offices from Newburgh, NY to Manhattan,and subleases in the Flat Iron district offer highly competitive rates,”explains Roundell, managing director of CRESA. “The space has a recentinstallation, facilitating a quick, easy move on a tight schedule.”Comprehensive’s Newburgh lease was expiring and the company was looking for aplace to expand.
