At build-out, Sienna will feature residences ranging from 2,359-sf to 3,181-sf situated on lots that average approximately 6,800-sf. Design plans will offer between three to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three baths, and three-car garages. Three plans will be offered, with plan one consisting of a one-story home and plans two and three comprised of two-story residences that may include lofts, an optional sixth bedroom and a fourth bath. Prices here will start in the low $400,000s with sales expected to begin on grand opening day. Move-ins are currently slated for November of this year.

A total of five neighborhoods are planned for McMillin Lomas Verdes' 215-acre second phase, which is being built by McMillin Homes. Four of these residential components will include a total of 482 single-family homes, while the fifth neighborhood will be comprised of 212 attached townhomes. Sienna's completion will be followed by the build-out of the Auburn Lane residences and then the Mandalay and Jasmine neighborhoods. Move-ins for those three residential components are expected to commence in December 2003.

In addition to 694 homes, Phase II of McMillin Lomas Verdes will eventually include a church and high school. Situated in the center of Otay Ranch, McMillin Lomas Verdes is located off of Olympic Parkway on Santa Venetia Street.
