Finkelberg will head the company's land acquisition and business development department. Finkelberg has 17 years' experience in real estate development, in acquisitions and operations, with the last 11 years in South Florida. Before he joined, he was a vice president of Toll Brothers Inc., where he oversaw land acquisitions for Florida, and vice president of operations for Toll Brothers' Stuart, FL-based country club community.

Finkelberg has a bachelor's degree in labor relations and economics from McGill University in Montreal and a bachelor's degree in law from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. A licensed real estate agent, he has a general contractor's license for Florida.

Before joining Avatar Properties, Daley was land acquisition manager with Toll Brothers of Delray Beach, FL. Previously, he was in accounting and management consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Daley is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.
