Vue's move forms part of an extensive re-branding exercise. The largest multiplex operator in the UK, with about 16% of market share, Vue expects to take full occupation of its new offices at the end of July this year.
Henry Williams, development director at Chiswick Park developer Stanhope, commented: 'This type of business [Vue] is very much aligned to the lifestyle offered at Chiswick Park and is an enormous endorsement of our brand, enjoy-work.'
Chiswick Park Unit Trust was represented by joint-agents FPD Savills and Jones Lang LaSalle, while Vue was unrepresented.
