DENVER-Mack-Cali, a REIT based in Cranford, NJ, has landed three tenants that are taking a total of about 46,500 sf in the Denver area. In the largest of the three, Century Business Services Inc., a corporate accounting, benefits and technology consulting firm, signed a new 10-year lease for 28,170 sf at 8181 E. Tufts Ave. in a 185,520-sf building. Phil Yeddis of Unique Properties and Steve L. Joseph of Gibraltar Real estate Services Corp. represented the tenant. Mack-Cali's leasing director, John Fefley, and Robert Drabkin, regional director, represented Mack-Cali in-house.

In the second largest deal, Classic Sports Cos. Inc., a manufacturer of sporting equipment, signed a new five-year lease for 10,980 sf at 105 S. Technology in a 37,570-sf building. Scott Smith of the Colorado Group represented the tenant and Doug Bakke and Frank Kelly of CB Richard Ellis represented Mack-Cali.

Finally, Bankers Home Mortgage Inc., a residential mortgage company, signed a new lease for 7,330 sf for 5.5 years at 400 S. Colorado Blvd in a 125,410-sf building in Denver. Robert Whittelsey and Jason Sheehy of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. represented the tenant and Jeff Caldwell and Eric Shaw of Grubb & Ellis represented Mack-Cali.
