Mack-Cali Lands Local Leases

DENVER-Mack-Cali, a REIT based in Cranford, NJ, has landed three tenants that are taking a total of about 46,500 sf in the Denver area. In the largest of the three, Century Business Services Inc., a corporate accounting, benefits and technology consulting firm, signed a new 10-year lease for 28,170 sf at 8181 E. Tufts Ave. in a 185,520-sf building. Phil Yeddis of Unique Properties and Steve L. Joseph of Gibraltar Real estate Services Corp. represented the tenant. Mack-Cali’s leasing director, John Fefley, and Robert Drabkin, regional director, represented Mack-Cali in-house.
