CORAL GABLES, FL-The third building in the four-building Blissco portfolio located here has been sold by the court-appointed receiver for Blissco Properties Inc. to The Roads Professional Center LLC for $3.5 million.
The building, located at 2730 S.W. 3rd Ave. in the Coral Way submarket, consists of 30,145 net rentable sf and 51,130 sf of gross building area. The eight-story, multi-tenant, class B office building was built in 1987.
Steve Nostrand, director of mortgage and investment banking for Codina Realty Services Inc. ONCOR International, represented the court-appointed receiver for Blissco Properties.
The sale of the last building in the portfolio, located at 2151 le Juene Road, is expected to close in less than a month. The other buildings were located at 300 Sevilla Ave, which sold for $4 million to the investment group OOOM LLC, and 2121 S.W. 3rd Ave., which sold for $4.8 million to The Keyes Co.
