In other retail news, Phoenix-based Ilaria Giansanti of NAI Horizon represented Riley Family Enterprises LLC, dba Massage Envy, in a five-year lease at 101 on 7000 E. Mayo Blvd. in Scottsdale. The 2,100-sf transaction is for space in Building 8. The building owner, Scottsdale 101 Associate LLC, was self represented in the $379,071 deal.
