All total, 30 Broad St. has 49 floors and the floor sizes range from 5,000 sf to 14,000 sf. The building features renovated elevators, individual floor-by-floor HVAC systems and directly metered electrical systems. Other office clients in the building include Maximus, the New York Stock Exchange, Wall Street Systems and Andover Brokerage. Retail clients include H & R Block and Subway.
