PHOENIX-The books closed on three industrial deals, totaling more than 70,000 sf, as two leases and a sale pass final muster.

In Tempe, Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial LLC’s Marc Tuite, Mike Haenel and Andy Markham sold a 25,455-sf general industrial project located at 2303 W. Alameda Dr. A local investment buyer, Pete & Vicky Inc., purchased the building from Bank of America for about $1.2 million. The Grubb & Ellis team represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
