NAI's Craig Anderson worked with building owner, Palm Place LLC, to close a 3.5-year lease at 141 E. Palm Lane in Phoenix. The firm of Parker and Thompson LLC took 3,740 sf in a deal valued at $168,845. Nathan Wade of Rein & Grossoehmel represented the law firm.
NAI's Steve Strand and Scott German, both in the Phoenix office, represented Larson Engineering in a four-year lease at 4110 North in Scottsdale. The 3,029-sf office is located at the Scottsdale Financial Center. Building owner Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, CA, was self-represented in the transaction, which has a term value of $231,212.
