EPDC's scheme has already attracted occupiers including Exel, Chickmaster and Options 1,2,3 and has additional land for up to 217,250 sf of offices and 1 million sf of industrial and warehouse accommodation available on a preletting basis.

On-site amenities including a Whitbread pub and Travel Lodge currently under construction and close to completion. Planning consent has just been granted for The Exchange which is a mixed use facility incorporating a 1,200 member capacity health centre and gymnasium, coffee shop, day nursery and 160 seat conference theatre with syndicate rooms. This is scheduled for completion within the next 12 months. There are also plans for a convenience store at the entrance to the Park.

EPDC marketing director Geoff Revell commented: 'The creation of leisure and amenity uses at the early stage of the park is a key part of our mission to provide occupiers with a balanced, enjoyable and conducive working environment in attractively landscaped surroundings.

'We have an excellent relationship with the Local Planning Authority which enabled us to obtain consent to detailed design within 10 days for the Exel facility and can therefore offer genuine fast track development opportunities'.

The lettings agents on the scheme are FPDSavills in London and Alder King.
