Jack DePaul, VP, and Bruce Sherman, broker, at Devon, PA-basedPrestige Property Group are handling the marketing and lease negotiationsfor the owner. DePaul points to a $46-million expansion of Pottstown MemorialHospital, following its purchase by Community Health System, as one exampleof the area's current growth. He also says many new housing developments are underconstruction here.
