Signature Associates - ONCOR International of Southfield, MI has negotiated thesale of the 31,508-sf high-tech building located at 3885 Research Park Drivein Ann Arbor, MI to Tecumseh Products Co., a manufacturer of small engines.Steve Gordon, Jay Chavey and Grant Bruce of Signature brokered the deal onbehalf of P.D.S.-One, the owner of the building.

Friedman Real Estate Group of Farmington Hills, MI recently completed the saleof 32910 Plymouth Road, a 22,956-sf industrial building located in Livonia, MI.The purchaser, Custom Stoneworks, plans to relocate and expand their current8,500-sf facility to this new location.

The seller was Modern Builders Supply, an independent building supplywholesaler with locations throughout the Midwest.Friedman's Jim Roberts, David Lord and Barry Landau brokered the sale onbehalf of both Custom Stoneworks and Modern Builders Supply.Both brokers declined to declare the purchase price of the buildings.
