The neighborhood shopping center consists of 110,867 rentable sf. It is anchored by a Publix supermarket and an Eckerd drug store. The property was 100% occupied at the time of the sale.

Tamiami Trail Shops, built in 1987, is located at Tamiami Trail (Southwest 8th Street) and 137th Avenue in west-central Miami-Dade County.

Dennis Carson, Casey Rosen and Anthony Blanco of BlackRock Realty Advisors, based in locally, represented the Woolbright Development affiliate in the sale.

This was the third time BlackRock Realty Advisors completed the sale of Tamiami Trail Shops. In 1997, the company represented an affiliate of the Archon Group of Dallas in the sale of the shopping center to Regency Centers. Also, in 2002, BlackRock represented Regency Centers in the center's sale to Woolbright Development, a re-developer of grocery store-anchored neighborhood shopping centers in Florida.
