"We helped ESI take advantage of current market conditions to exercise their lease termination options and relocate in a trophy building, while reducing occupancy costs by approximately 10 to 15%," says Rich Rhodes of Cresa Partners. Rhodes and Cresa colleague Tom Birnbach represented ESI in the deal. One of ESI's neighbors will be Nixon & Vanderhye PC, which has committed to nearly 51,600 sf of space in the building.
