Goodman's office space services include comparing relocation to renewals and examining lease restructuring options.

Before he joined CRESA Partners, Goodman was a senior financial analyst for WorldStar Resorts. Prior to that he provided consulting and due diligence at KPMG for major corporate clients such as Burger King, Universal Studios and Starwood Capital.
