GARDEN CITY, NY-Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP’s New York office secured a $23 million permanent loan for Centra 600, a class A, 200,000-sf office and retail building located in this Long Island community.

“The high occupancy levels of Centra 600 over the past decade are evidence of the strong demand for quality office space in Garden City. The building is maintained in a quality fashion, indicative of Polimeni International LLC’s commitment to the community and the location,” says HFF senior director Robert Delitsky, who arranged the fixed rate loan on behalf of Shelvin Plaza Associates LLC through Principal Real Estate Investors. The borrower is an affiliate of Polimeni International LLC.
