In an unrelated deal on the Southwest Side, Flo Transportation Inc. signed a 21,900-sf lease at 7401 S. Pulaski Ave. in Ford City Industrial Park. NAI Hiffman senior associate Benjamin J. Cremer represented the warehousing and distribution specialist, while Cushman & Wakefield associate Michael C. Nelson represented Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust.
