Jokake Names VP

PHOENIX-Jill Clements has been named vice president of development for Phoenix-based Jokake Real Estate Services Inc., where she will oversee the development project management for commercial and medical office properties throughout Arizona.

Clements, who has 15 years’ experience as a real estate professional, previously served as a consultant for New Home Sales Centers and Butte Properties Inc. of Phoenix. She also worked as vice president at Butte Properties Inc. for nine years, where she was responsible for the development, construction management, marketing, leasing and asset management of numerous commercial office and multifamily projects in Arizona and Colorado. She currently is a student at Western International University.
