Jessica Samo will be responsible for the property management of two of the company's local class A office assets: Courvoisier Centre on Brickell Key Island in the central business district here and Bayview Executive Plaza in Coconut Grove.
Michael C. Godoy will also be responsible for the property management of local office properties, including two prominent Miami Airport office developments, the 275,000-sf, class A Doral Corporate Center I and II buildings and Amadeus North America's corporate headquarters building at 9250 N.W. 36th St.
