One 5,337-sf outparcel on the 50-acre site remains available. Four in-lineretail units with an approximate aggregate 12,198 sf are also stillavailable. The center is accessible via a newly created off ramp of I-95. It hasparking for 1,989 cars.

According to a retail market trends report from Grubb & Ellis, the averagerental rate for in-line retail space in grocery-anchored centers inPhiladelphia's suburban trade areas such as this is $22 per sf. Sale pricesfor pad sites at such locations here average $21.54 per sf, according to the Grubb & Ellisfirst-quarter 2003 data.
