Crossman is also the new co-chair of the Florida State Government Relations Committee for the International Council of Shopping Centers. He will coordinate ICSC government relations activities at the state level, working with ICSC's government relations office in Alexandria, VA.

Crossman was recently honored as the only real estate professional in the state to receive the company's RISE Award. This award recognizes employees "who best exemplify respect, integrity, service and excellence in their interactions with clients, peers, and the business community at large," the company says.

Crossman has completed over 300 leasing transactions totaling one million sf from 1993 through 2002. He has $700 million in listed properties on the market and is recognized annually as one of the area's top producers.
