The property, known as Carlsbad Gateway Center, is comprised of one class A office building and eight industrial facilities. It was built in two phases, with the office building and half of the industrial facilities rising on El Camino Real and Palmer Way in 1987. The other four industrial buildings were constructed two years later on Palmer Way. All nine concrete, tilt-up facilities stand on a 13.89-acre parcel, which stretches from 5650-5674 El Camino Real to 5611-5671 Palmer Way. Amenities at Carlsbad Gateway Center include an on-site deli, flower store and fitness center. The complex also features grade level loading, clear heights up to 14 ft and a parking ratio of 2.5 spaces to 1,000 sf.
Carlsbad Gateway Center's current tenants include The Keith Cos., Isis Pharmaceuticals, Daniels Cablevision, Sammy Entertainment and City National Bank. According to marketing materials for the complex, there are currently five suites available here.
