BMRB has acquired the ground, 4th, 5th and 6th floors at the 84,409-sf Ealing Gateway. The pre-let leaves13,695 to 39,000 sf available to let on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Site enabling work is now underway with practical completion scheduled for the final quarter of 2004. Completion of Ealing Gateway will coincide with the anticipated opening of the Ealing Broadway stop for the Heathrow Express rail link.
