Lipp, who has more than 20 years experience in real estate brokerage, development and acquisitions, was a senior vice president with Grubb & Ellis Inc. in South Florida for the last 12 years.
In his new position, he will continue to serve his client base, which includes Wal-Mart, Marriott, McDonald's and several other regional and national developers and retailers.
Atlantic Commercial Group specializes in the brokerage and development of South Florida office and retail properties. Other services include national tenant representation, landlord representation and development consulting.
