Terrace Hill Gets Go-Ahead for 81,000-SF Bristol Scheme

LONDON-Terrace Hill Developments has achieved detailed planning consent for its 91,000-sf Temple Circus office development in Bristol city centre. Construction is due to start during the first quarter of 2004 with completion scheduled for September 2005.

LONDON- Terrace Hill Developments has been granted detailed planning permission for an 81,000-sf office scheme at Temple Circus in Bristol city centre. Construction of the seven-storey office building is due to start during the first quarter of 2004 with completion scheduled for September 2005.

Temple Circus is Terrace Hill’s third development in Bristol which follows South Bristol Trade Park and Colston 33 and is being carried out in association with Bristol City Council. The development is located opposite Temple Quay which is home to Bristol & West; DETR; BT; Regus; Osborne Clarke; Canada Life; Ofsted and 3i.
