LaSalle Plaza is a 30-story, 589,000-sf office building owned by Chicago-based Equity Office Properties. Sources at EOP say the lease brings the building to 94% leased, though the company's Web site shows four full floors or about 14% of the building coming available at the end of the year. The triple-net asking rate for the office space, which is located on the 7th through 10th floors, is $13 per sf per year, not including concessions.

The law firm of Fabyanske, Westra & Hart P.A. concentrates on providing legal services to the finance, real estate and construction industries, and to clients in the areas of commercial litigation, financial restructuring, bankruptcy, tax and business planning. The firm serves major contractors, design professionals, real estate developers, property owners, banks, commercial lenders, securities underwriters, sureties, insurers, and small-to-large businesses and entrepreneurs.

Concurrently with the LaSalle Plaza lease, EOP announced that Kronos Incorporated, a Chelmsford, MA-based provider of human resources, payroll, scheduling, and time and labor solutions, has signed a 13,000-sf lease for space in Northland Plaza, a 297,000-sf office building near Twin Cities International Airport in the Minneapolis suburb of Bloomington. EOP's Web site shows 21% of the building available immediately at the same triple-net rate at LaSalle Plaza.
