GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-USA Pallet is getting comfortable in its Texas distribution center after relocating from within the Great Southwest Industrial District. The tenant triples the warehouse space in a deal that went full cycle in just 5.5 days.

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-USA Pallet Co. is settling into a 35,000-sf warehouse space in a relocation from the Arlington side of the Great Southwest Industrial District to Grand Prairie’s territory in a deal that went full cycle in just 5.5 days.

USA Pallet’s long-term lease kicked in a week ago, but the move-in started as the ink was drying on the contract to 215 NW 25th St., Pete Richardson of Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Arlington office, tells GlobeSt.com. The deal moved quickly once the tenant made the decision that the 56,000-sf building was its location of choice. Building owner Harttle Enterprises uses the balance for dead storage, a real plus since the new tenant secured a lease with renewal and expansion options, he says.
