Rockwood Realty Hires Associate VP

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-Craig Callaway has joined Rockwood Realty Associates LLC as associate vice president based in the company’s local office. He will assist in underwriting and marketing institutional-quality commercial real estate assets.

Callaway started his 10-year real estate banking career as a staff appraiser for Callaway & Price Inc. and a sales associate for RJS Realty. Most recently, he was a senior acquisition associate with Koger Equity Inc. His main duties there involved underwriting financing and acquisitions. While with Koger, he was involved in underwriting more than $150 million in financing and $300 million in acquisitions. He also was in charge of preparing valuations for the disposition of assets in the firm’s portfolio and day-to-day financial analyses of the Koger Equity and Crocker Realty Trust portfolios, which totaled more than 12 million sf and $1.2 billion.
