CHAMBERSBURG, PA-Augusta, GA-based Hock Development Co. has put the150,000-sf warehouse it constructed in 1999 as a build-to-suit for TitanTire Co. up for sale or lease. The now-vacant building is on 10.65 acres in Chambers 5Business Park here and can be expanded to 200,000 sf.

Joe McDermott, SVP of the Wayne, PA office of CB Richard Ellis, tellsGlobeSt.com the asking sale price is $5.25 million, or $35 per sf. Theasking lease rate is $3.65 per sf, per year, net. McDermott and Eric Larsen, a CBREindustrial specialist in the Wayne office, are marketing the property.
