The single-story property is located on a 4.3-acre site near Interchange 22 of the PA turnpike, south of Reading, PA, in Berks County. It has loading docks and drive-in doors that allow drive-through capability.

Ethosource, which contracts with customers to sell and store furniture, will use the space for additional warehousing and the assembly of used furniture.

John P. Morrissey of King of Prussia, PA-based Morrissey Partners, negotiated the transaction. A spokesman for Morrissey says the rental rates for quality industrial space in this are ranges from $3.75 per sf to $4.25 per sf.
