The longtime friends and colleagues purchased residences then asked if they could run the sales center. They have received more than 150 deposits from potential buyers.
The Palace at Weston, which promises a Ritz-Carlton lifestyle in a five-star gated community, is being developed by Jacob and Helen Shaham, owners of The Palace Management Group who are known for senior living communities in Miami since 1980.
The Palace at Weston is under construction just west of Weston Road and Emerald Park Circle. Apartments range from 1,500 sf to 1,850 sf and are priced from $250,000. Amenities include a clubhouse area, a bar and restaurant, a landscaped pool area, a gym and concierge services.
The sales center is located at 2214 Weston Rd. in Waterway Shoppes of Weston.
