Interstate Adds Two Hotels to Roster

NEW YORK CITY-Interstate Hotel & Resorts have added two Northeast hotels, both currently under construction, to its management portfolio. The Four Points by Sheraton, located here, is slated to open in October and the Hilton Garden Inn, in Glastonbury, CT, will open its doors to guests in September.

Chelsea Grand LLC is developing the Four Points by Sheraton, which will be located on 25th Street between Sixth and Seventh avenues. The full-service, 18-story hotel will feature 158 guest rooms, including two suites, and a full range of amenities. The site will consist of a restaurant, business services center, swimming pool, fitness center and 400 sf of meeting space.

Chelsea Grand is one of many hotel projects developed by the Majestic Group, headed by John Lam and Hung Luk. The locally based group has developed more than 10 hotels, primarily located here.
