Accounting Firm Counts on 15,000 SF for Next 10 Years

VIENNA, VA-The new 220,000-sf, class A office property at 1934 Old Gallows Rd. welcomes a new tenant with accounting firm Cherry, Bekaert & Holland LLP's recent leasing of 15,000 sf of space for a 10-year term.

VIENNA, VA-A new occupant joins the tenant roster at 1934 Old Gallows Rd. with accounting firm Cherry, Bekaert & Holland LLP’s recent commitment to nearly 15,000 sf of space in the brand new 220,000-sf office building. Financial terms of Cherry Bekaert’s 10-year lease agreement are not being released, but office space at the six-story, class A property rents for $28.50 per sf. For the accounting concern, which keeps its headquarters office in Richmond, the lease deal allows it the freedom for expansion, and also gives it early termination rights.

Located in the Tysons Corner submarket of Fairfax County, the building at 1934 Old Gallows Rd. has already opened its doors to a bevy of tenants including AnviCom Inc., Best Buy Inc. and Sytex Inc. The property also offers ground-level retail space, which leases for a whopping $50 per sf. The building is now more than 70% leased. NAI KLNB Inc. represented property owner Rocks Tysons LLC and Cassidy & Pinkard represented the tenant.
