The asking rental rate for this building is $17.50 per sf, plus utilities. That represents a reduced rate in comparison with the average asking rental rate of about $18.20 per sf for class-A office space in the Lehigh Valley to the north. It is also well below the average asking rental rate of about $21.75 per sf for similar space within the entire Greater Philadelphia area, which includes the Philadelphia suburbs and parts of NJ and DE.
