New York-based Insignia/ESG was recently purchased by Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis Inc., as GlobeSt.com previously reported. At Insignia, he provided tenant rep services here and nationally. Among his clients are Americold Logistics, Pediatric Services of America, Professional Book Distributors, Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco PC, The Intercept Group and Colonial Pipeline.

T. Richard Bryant, managing director of Advantis' local office, sees Granot as "the kind of individual who will leverage the resources of Advantis/GVA for the benefit of our clients."

At Arkansas, Granot received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Arkansas. He is a director and chairman of the Indoctrination Committee of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors; was the 1990 chairman of the Young Council of Realtors committee; and actively supports the Woodruff Arts Center.
