Developer Selects Architect for 22-Story Condo Tower

MIAMI-Fullerton-Diaz of Coral Gables was named the architectural firm for Platinum. The $40 million project will include 119 units in 22 stories. It is set to break ground this fall and be completed in spring 2005.

MIAMI-Fullerton-Diaz of Coral Gables has been named the architectural firm for the $40 million, 22-story planned condominium tower called Platinum here.

Platinum is being developed by A.R. Development Group, its first project. Construction on the tower is set to begin this fall, and completion is set for spring 2005.

Fullerton-Diaz, known for its design of Murano and Bristol Towers, designed the entire Platinum luxury high-rise, including public spaces. Platinum will be tropical and contemporary with signature Miami style, according to principal Julio Diaz.
