In the largest transaction, Boston-based HRPT Properties Trust paid $13.5million, or $157.89 per sf, for The Atrium, a two-story, 85,503-sf officebuilding at 1101 Pacific Avenue in the Circleport Business Park in Erlanger,KY. The building is fully leased to GE Information Technology Solutions. GaryHolloway Jr. and Eric Mattson of GMH represented the seller, Atrium Pacific AvenueLLC.

Diablo Medical Center, a 259-bed acute care facility in Concord, CA sold toa private local real estate investor for $8.9 million. The facilityspecializes in cancer and cardiac care and was built in 1987. BillTourtellotte and Steve Behrle of GMH represented the seller, Watch Holdings LLC.

Bethesda, MD-based Kodiak Properties acquired Beltway Crossing ShoppingCenter for approximately $6.5 million, or $42.42 per sf. The 152,047-sfcommunity center at 6320 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie, MD was built in 1962. Amongthe tenants are David's Bridal, Gold's Gym, and Glen Burnie Bowling Center.Holloway of GMH represented the seller, Great Oak LLC.
