Associated Title combines Pru NJ's real estate expertise with Commonwealth's licensed title officers, explains William O. Kelleher, chairman and CEO of Prudential New Jersey Properties, which has some 26 offices in 10 counties around the Garden State. "It's a perfect fit," Kelleher says.
The daily operations of the new agency are being directed by Roger Knox, who holds the title of general manager, and by Derek Bradley, the director of marketing. "This is an exciting venture," Knox says.
Prudential New Jersey Properties' activities focus on services related to relocation, mortgage, residential and resort properties.
