Quebec Square Signs Seven More Stores

DENVER- Quebec Square adds to its tenant roster with seven more leases. Over the next several months, several more deals will be announced for one of the largest retail centers in the area, which totals 740,000 sf.

DENVER-Seven new stores have either just opened or are about to at Quebec Square at Stapleton, reports the master developer of the former Stapleton International Airport, Forest City Stapleton Inc. The retailers include AT&T Wireless Store, Panera Bread, Panda Express, 3-Day Blinds, UPS Store and A Massage. Quebec Square, located at Quebec Street and Smith Road, is one of the largest retail centers in Denver, with more than 40 tenants.

Anchored by Home Depot, Wal-Mart Supercenter, Sam’s Club and Office Depot, the 740,000 sf center is designed serve both the residents of the surrounding existing neighborhoods and the new Stapleton residents and workers.

“Over the next couple of months, a new wave of retailers will further enhance the variety of products and services available at Quebec Square, making it even easier for residents living at or around Stapleton to do all of their errands in one trip,” says John Lehigh, COO of Forest City Stapleton Inc.
