The tower will offer two- and three-bedroom homes ranging in size from 1,414 sf to 1,938 sf with prices ranging from $285,000 to $475,000.

The project's developer is Coral Gables-based J. Milton & Associates, whose principals are Frank Milton and Yosi Gil. The development is the first luxury high-rise built on the west side of the street in two decades. The total sell-out price of King David is $30 million. The project was 90% sold at press time.

The project will be located at 175th Street and Atlantic Avenue, across the street from the ocean and overlooking J. Milton's landmark building the Pinnacle. The residences feature views of the ocean, the Intracoastal, Biscayne Bay and downtown and many rooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass. In addition, building amenities include a health and fitness center, a heated pool and spa surrounded by a landscaped sun deck and a club room.
