$4M Recreation Center To Rise at Escala

SAN DIEGO-Shea Homes and Continental Homes are gearing up to start construction on the recreational component of their Escala master-planned residential community. The recreation center, which is slated to rise on Fenton Parkway, will encompass 6,500 sf upon completion.

SAN DIEGO-Shea Homes and Continental Homes are gearing up to kick off construction on the recreational component of their Escala master-planned residential community, as work on the $4-million Escala Recreation Center is scheduled to begin this August.

Roel Construction Co. will be building the center, which is slated to rise on Fenton Parkway. Designed to encompass 6,500 sf upon completion, the project will feature two swimming pools, a tennis and basketball court, an indoor fitness center, a library and common areas at build-out.
