The project will consist of 13 buildings and a clubhouse on 17 acres. The site of the Mediterranean-style community is a former miniature golf location. Coral Gables-based Cornerstone Group Development, the development arm of parent company Cornerstone Group, is the project's developer.<p.Sanctuary Cove offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 800 sf to 1,211 sf. Monthly rents start at $640 for one-bedroom units and $765 for two-bedroom units, while three-bedroom units rent for $879.
The units are scheduled to be delivered between April and August 2004. The units will be leased starting in eight months.
Amenities at Sanctuary Cove include a computer center, a billiards room, an exercise room, a pool clubhouse and a laundry facility. In addition, the property includes a two-acre lake.
"This community is ideal for young working professionals and young families because of its accessibility to schools, transportation and shopping," said Lenny Wolfe, president of Cornerstone Group Development.
