Gilbert Power Center Wraps Up Construction

GILBERT, AZ-The 92,814-sf center delivers on an 11-acre tract in the heart of a retail-starved sector of Power and Queen Creek roads. A 56,930-sf Albertsons anchors a plaza with national names on the roster.

GILBERT, AZ-Construction is wrapping up on an 11-acre retail parcel that will bring one of the first major power centers to residents of Power Ranch and the surrounding Gilbert and Queen Creek area.

Kurt Smith, with LDR-Queen Creek and Power LLC, the master developer, tells GlobeSt.com that the 92,814-sf project is already fully leased to a number of restaurants and small businesses, including Subway, Rosati’s Pizza, Great Clips, Super Cleaners, State Farm Insurance and Post Net. “The site is already drawing tremendous traffic from residents,” said Smith, noting that the plaza’s anchor store, a 56,930-sf Albertsons grocery store, was among the first to open for business.
