Empire Opens Self-Storage Project

BLOOMINGTON, CA-The newly developed self-storage facility is the sixth to be operated by Empire Commercial Real Estate.

BLOOMINGTON, CA-Empire Commercial Real Estate of Ontario has opened its sixth self-storage facility and the first of what will be two or three new self-storage developments this year, a 480-unit facility at 18777 Bloomington Ave., off the I-10 freeway near Fontana.

The new facility includes 480 units, ranging in size from five feet by five feet to 10 feet by 40 feet, with alarmed units, electronic gates and surveillance cameras throughout the grounds. Each unit features roll up doors, and the two-story facility provides a ramp allowing customers to drive directly to the second-level units.
