Kent offers a great location for a business wanting to have access to all major transportation routes including the Metro, Reagan National Airport, as well as key areas including the Pentagon and downtown DC," Bristol Group project manager Andrew Pellman notes. The property also provides onsite parking. Tenants in the building include the Conservation Fund, scientific analysis firm the Ares Corp. and the federal government, which has a lease of nearly 160,000 sf of space that will expire in 2010.
