With a number of San Diego developments already wrapped up, Bosa has been given a Centre City Coastal Development Permit for its proposed Bosa Pacific Highway @ Ash condominium project. Slated to rise at the southeast corner of Ash Street and Pacific Highway, the development will consist of a 241-unit tower designed to stand more than 35 stories high. Construction on the project is expected to begin sometime in 2005 with completion slated for 2007.

Planned by architectural firm Arc Design International of Canada, the condo project will include three levels of underground parking; an outdoor swimming pool, spa and barbecue area; a fitness center; sauna; steam room; business center; social lounge; screening room; and storage lockers. Design plans call for a reinforced, concrete tower that will house three-level townhouses to be built above one-level apartment units.
